GUARDEER PRIME ยท Privacy Notice

Privacy Notice

Last updated 26 August 2026

This notice explains the information used to authenticate users, secure KAIRI access, record EULA acceptance, deliver optional alerts, and operate GUARDEER PRIME. KAIRI is advisory-only and does not collect or use broker credentials to execute trades.

Information we process

  • Account and identity information, including email address, Cognito account identifiers, subscription or access status, and authentication events.
  • Device and security information, including the application device identifier, device-session binding, timestamps, IP-derived security signals, browser metadata, and abuse-prevention logs.
  • EULA acceptance information, including authenticated user identifier, EULA version 1.0, canonical SHA-256, acceptance time, and integrity or audit metadata.
  • KAIRI access and operational information, including advisory-read timestamps, response status, rate-limit events, error codes, and service-health diagnostics. We do not place broker orders.
  • Optional alert preferences stored in your browser, including whether alerts and sound are enabled and the last advisory integrity key observed.

Why we process it

We use this information to provide authenticated access, enforce the EULA and provider limits, prevent credential sharing and misuse, protect the Service, troubleshoot failures, deliver user-requested alerts, maintain evidence of authorized data access, and comply with contractual and legal obligations.

Browser storage and clickwrap receipts

KAIRI stores an account-scoped EULA receipt and alert preferences in local browser storage. The receipt contains the EULA receipt schema, version, SHA-256, signed-in user identifier, and UTC acceptance time. If the receipt is missing, malformed, for another account, or does not match the active version and SHA-256, KAIRI fails closed and does not request advisory data. Clearing browser storage requires renewed acceptance.

Third parties and market-data providers

GUARDEER uses service providers for authentication, hosting, monitoring, communications, and licensed market-data access. Providers receive only information needed for their role and subject to applicable agreements. Market-data providers do not receive broker credentials through KAIRI, and their data license does not make them a sponsor or adviser to you.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide and secure the Service, enforce agreements, meet provider audit and legal duties, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Retention varies by data category. We use access controls, authenticated sessions, device binding, encrypted transport, bounded APIs, logging, and integrity pins; no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may disable KAIRI alerts, clear local preferences, or stop using KAIRI. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information. Some records may be retained where needed for security, legal, contractual, or provider-audit obligations.

International use and children

Information may be processed where GUARDEER or its service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards. The Service is not directed to children and must not be used by anyone who lacks legal capacity to accept the EULA.

Changes and contact

We may update this notice when practices, providers, or legal requirements change. Material EULA changes require a new clickwrap version. Privacy or security questions may be sent to supportguardeer@gmail.com.
